Scan invoice
Photograph or choose an invoice. BUILD 3 HYBRID TEST: Browser OCR is experimental and requires internet. This adds automatic column reading for weight-priced invoices while preserving supplier training and existing parsing. It is not the Python v30 engine. Review all scanned fields before saving. Generic, numbered-case, UNFI and visual-layout parsing are enabled. Handwritten invoices require manual confirmation. Always verify quantities, prices, and unit/case basis.
Uses your saved department margin to suggest unit retail. You can override each product during review.
Auto-straightening will be attempted during scan; adjust this if the text is still tilted. Strong perspective distortion may still require a flatter photo.
UNFI / Chesterfield and Albert’s have dedicated parsing rules. You can also teach a basic column layout for other suppliers in Settings.
Rotation is applied to the scan, not your original photo.
Select an existing image from Photos or Files, or take a new photo. One page at a time for now; PDF and multi-page support are planned.
Review before saving
Review every extracted field carefully. Only reviewed rows will be saved. Invoice receipts do not automatically reset last ordered dates.
Saved invoice history
Original photo is stored locally only when an invoice is confirmed. Grouped by selected supplier. Export photos for durable backup.
Daily tasks
Your private checklist on this device. Recurring tasks reset on their scheduled days. One-time tasks can carry forward.

Departments & target margins
Add your own department numbers. Suggested retail uses unit cost ÷ (1 − margin). Confirm pack units before using suggestions.
Teach a new supplier · photo first
Upload a supplier invoice, rotate if necessary, and run OCR. After reading the photo, MicroManager suggests the table and column boxes automatically. Drag boxes or their edges to adjust, or choose Manual to redraw them yourself. Test and save the layout. You can still tap individual words as a fallback.
New products default to this department. Existing product overrides are preserved.
Automatic mode: drag a box to move it or drag its edge handles to resize. Manual mode: draw any part of a column; it extends through the table automatically.
Zoom for small print. Select a recognized word, then correct mistakes such as I versus 1 before testing the layout. Corrections apply to this training session.
Tap the center of a column in a sample product row. Labels identify horizontal column positions; the app will still ask you to review all extracted values. Works best on consistent printed layouts.
